  • We are offering 3 tiers of tables: Single, Half Island (4 tables), and Full Island (8 tables)
  • Each Vendor Table includes: one 6 Foot Tables, 2 Chairs, 2 Vendor Badges
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your receipt of purchase.


Table Set-Up Information

  • You will receive an email with set-up instructions and a Vendor Packet prior to the event.
  • Set-Up will be on Friday (Jan 5, 2024). You will receive detailed directions and instructions on how to get to the loading dock.

All exhibitors agree to hold blameless Hawaii Pop Con, LLC management, staff members, sponsors, partners, and workers against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims, or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss, or theft due to said exhibitors’ participation in Hawaii Pop Con. State tax is the responsibility of the exhibitor/artist/vendor to collect according to state laws.
